In order to conduct our activities properly we may collect personal information from you as part of lawful activity as a charity, eg when you enquire about our activities, register as a supporter/donor, help us to raise funds, etc. This may include your name, title, email address, physical address, telephone numbers. We may also ask for some additional, non-personal information.

Your personal information will only be used to process your requests, and to liaise with you regarding our activities.

We will take reasonable and responsible precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information you give us.
Communications in connection with our charity may be sent by e-mail, post, or in rare cases by telephone. For ease of use and compatibility, email communications will not be sent in an encrypted form. E-mail unless encrypted is not a fully secure means of communication so we will avoid emailing personal information whenever possible. Whilst we endeavour to keep our systems and communications protected against viruses and other harmful effects we cannot bear responsibility for all communications being virus-free.
